We were new in town and unsure where to go for granite, tile, carpeting, appliances, etc. but they were very knowledgeable and recommended great vendors for the various items, often accompanying us to the showrooms to help us choose the right thing. Sterling Ridge is a privately-owned high-end custom home builder. Two years ago they built our Pool House with immaculate precision. We have a pie-shaped lot and we made use of every inch of available space. Our design, by Hittmeier Design Consultants, was a modern take on a Mediterranean style. Our "small addition" was almost 1,500 square feet and included a bathroom/shower, air-conditioned living space and full bar and kitchen with pantry. We now have a backyard paradise we enjoy every single day. Sterling Ridge was on time, on budget and incredibly helpful around every turn.
